Work on the Inception report

An inception report has to be written. The EU-Commission wants to be informed on the progress of the work and for what their money has been spent so far. Also a timetable must be presented.

There are two different designs possible for the catalytic part of our waste air purification unit. A meticulous examination of the pellet catalyst which has been used in our past studies reveals that this catalyst lacks sufficient stability for the design of the reactor with the lowest energy consumption. New tests must be performed using a honeycomb catalyst. The entire design of the waste air purification unit must be revised in order to achieve an energy saving of up to 50 % as compared with the design using a pellet catalyst
